Stephanie Chan Nguyen joined Prestige Dermatology in the summer of 2016 and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and the Texas State Board of Physician Assistant Examiners.

 

Growing up in Dallas, she attended Southern Methodist University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in chemistry. Her medical training began in 2008, when she was accepted into the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies.

 

Prior to working in dermatology, Stephanie worked for four years as a Physician Assistant in urgent care and primary care in Dallas. Since 2014, she has practiced dermatology in Mansfield, Arlington, and Flower Mound. She now looks forward to treating patients for their skin care needs in the Fort Worth and Burleson area. In addition to practicing medical dermatology for adults and children, she also has an interest in non-invasive cosmetics such as Botox and fillers.

 

Stephanie is also an active member of the medical community, with memberships in the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants since 2014 and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants since 2010. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants with her husband, and cheering on the local sports teams. She currently resides in Irving, Texas with her husband and dog.
